Description: Sales Agent responsible for selling of new homes, qualifying prospects, working with new home buyers throughout the home buying process, building relationships with Brokers/Realtors in the community and processing required documents and reports accurately. Qualified candidates must be available and willing to work weekends and be enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, computer literate, and have strong listening, communication, closing, and negotiation skills. An active Oregon Real Estate License is required.
