As owner and founder, Dennis Pahlisch brings over 30 years of homebuilding experience to Pahlisch Homes. Previously a purchaser of developed lots, Dennis broadened his knowledge and experience working with his partners at Pahlisch Duncan Homes to include land acquisition and development. Recognizing the combined strength of acquiring, developing, and constructing upon the land has proven a solid success. Dennis works closely with the management team at Pahlisch Homes to carefully review and plan new projects as well as managing the communities currently in progress.
