Dennis Pahlisch Owner & President
As owner and founder, Dennis Pahlisch brings over 30 years of homebuilding experience to Pahlisch Homes, Inc. Previously a purchaser of developed lots, Dennis broadened his knowledge and experience working with his partners at Pahlisch Duncan Homes to include land acquisition and development. Recognizing the combined strength of acquiring, developing, and constructing upon the land has proven a solid success. Dennis works closely with the management team at Pahlisch Homes, to carefully review and plan new projects as well as managing the communities currently in progress.
Beverly Pahlisch Owner & Interior Designer
Beverly has worked in the area of design since the beginning of Pahlisch
Homes. Passionate about design, she is fortunate to have had the
opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in several
different disciplines of Interior Design. The design philosophy that
Beverly embraces stems from the belief that if something is worth doing,
it is worth doing well. Her greatest desire is that a space is created
that is aesthetically pleasing, inspiring, and above all else that the
end product will feel unmistakably like home.
The experienced Pahlisch Homes design team is distinguished by its
excellent reputation, creativity and client focus, resulting in
award-winning and intriguing settings.
In her free time, Beverly has done a great deal of volunteer work for
her church and various local charities, including a three year term on
the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity. Her greatest joy is
spending time with her family and two grandsons.
Beverly is a graduate of Anderson University with a degree in Business Management.
