A Pahlisch Homes community is so much more than a collection of lots on a building site. When we pick a location, our mission is to create a space that gives new meaning to the term CC&Rs. We focus on location and design features that bring more Community, Convenience, and Recreation into people’s lives. Let’s take a closer look at the “CC&Rs” that Bailey Ridge has to offer!
Community: In a coveted corner of South Salem, where the Willamette River bends past farmland, expansive properties, and the Illahe Hills Country Club, you'll find the Pahlisch community of Bailey Ridge. In an area where new homes can be a rarity, Bailey Ridge has generated quite a buzz! In this community, broad streets curve past homes with clean lines and stately exteriors. Sunny days draw kids out to play, while neighbors ride their bikes around the community, and smiling faces in golf carts whirr past. From the idyllic streets of Bailey Ridge, forested hills rise up to the south and west, presenting beautiful views and buffering the community from the sprawl of South Salem proper. At Bailey Ridge, it is evident that this is a place to relax and enjoy good times with friends and neighbors!
This community will have 54 homes in total, including a mix of one level plans, two story plans with master on the main floor, and two story homes with all bedrooms up. Most homes are 1900-2900 square feet, and all feature airy vaults, open, natural flows between impressive great rooms with stone fireplaces, stylish kitchens with islands, and warmly appointed dining areas. Enjoy the views from covered patios, and relax in spacious master suites with spa-like bathrooms. Ample windows and skylights bring the light in, and, no matter how generous the square footage, people often find that these floorplans feel larger than their number!
Convenience: Bailey Ridge is a great community for those that enjoy a more natural and relaxing setting close to downtown Salem, rather than being right in Salem. At the golf club there is a restaurant, and a little over a mile down River Road is a produce market. From Bailey Ridge, it is a 10-minute drive to downtown Salem, which includes access to state offices, the Salem Hospital, Willamette University, shopping, and restaurants. Bailey Ridge is located close enough to Salem that you can enjoy the luxuries of the city, but far enough away that you can escape the hassles and relax!
Recreation: For many, recreation at Bailey Ridge begins with the gorgeous golf club and area parks. Illahe Hills Country Club is a wonderful, tree lined 18 hole course, and the facilities include tennis, pickleball, clubhouse and a large pool. Illahe Ridge park is a growing park right next to the community, a concept created and maintained by residents themselves. And Minto Brown park is a gorgeous place to recreate, just three miles away. This is a massive, 1200-acre park, with miles of jogging and bike paths along the Willamette River, a 30-acre dog park, incredible waterfowl and wildlife viewing, and a new bridge connecting this park to Riverfront park. In addition, we were pleased to learn that a new city park is coming soon, close to the community. Bailey Ridge connects you to these and many more opportunities for fun and relaxation.
At Pahlisch homes, we believe that creating an environment of community, convenience and recreation is just as important as the award-winning design and beauty of our homes. To really get a sense of the unique blend of “CC&Rs” at Bailey Ridge, come visit and explore our community!
