A customer service representative will contact you 1-2 business days from the first business day the request is received to schedule an inspection of your home. Please review the Pahlisch Homes Limited Warranty and Warranty Standards to ensure that you identify items that are covered under the warranty. Please be aware that some warranty issues may require more than one visit. You will be notified of any items that are considered home maintenance and are not covered under the one-year warranty.
