The word Kaleo, a Greek source word, has been translated by some to mean “called”. The team at Kaleo Building Designs has been called to carry residential, commercial, industrial and even retail design into a more personal process with the Client. We are also called to provide designs that go beyond or stretch the norm. It is not about design based on specs and assumptions, it is design based on transforming the Clients’ precise vision and dream into reality. We are a progression based design group that seeks the details of each Clients’ needs, wants, and desires to culminate into a customer centered design.
